SUPPORTING YOUNG ADULTS
Young adulthood can feel complicated - but it doesn't need to.
Counselling offers space to talk through anxiety, relationships, family dynamics, or wellbeing concerns when things start to feel harder to manage alone.

Support is available for young adults aged 18–25.
What people often come to counselling for
-
Anxiety, worry, or feeling overwhelmed
-
Relationship difficulties, including friendships, partners, or family
-
Ongoing tension or complexity with parents or other family members
-
Low mood, stress, or reduced wellbeing
-
Identity, self-esteem, or life direction concerns

You don’t need a diagnosis or a clear reason to come! Wanting support is enough.
How it works
Sessions are collaborative and conversational, but grounded in strong clinical training and experience.
Therapy is informed by many approaches - and the one that suits you best will be used. Often, I see people through an Internal Family Systems (IFS) lens, which views them as separate from their behaviours, thoughts, or reactions.
Rather than trying to “fix” parts of you, our work would focus on understanding patterns, developing self-awareness, and supporting you to feel happier to be yourself.
The underlying belief is simple: people are not broken and don't need to be changed - they need to know they're not the only one and aren't alone.
