Fees

FEES FROM JULY 1 2025 

 

Standard therapy/counselling sessions fees are set at $232.99 per 60-minute session*

45-50 x minutes direct/active support and 10-15 x mins indirect support including note writing and session planning.

 

You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $96.65 per session for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. To receive this rebate, please visit your GP with your child for a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) and referral. You may also be eligible for an additional 5 sessions under the former Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plans, which are now called GPCCMPs (General Practitioner Care and Coordination Management Plans). These plans now allow GPs to refer you for up to five additional subsidised allied health sessions per calendar year, without requiring input from multiple specialists.

Assessment services are all charged at $232.99 per hour

The number of assessment sessions and report writing hours varies depending on the assessment being conducted but range from 2 to 4 x 60 minute sessions (face-to-face) plus up to 7 hours of indirect support and report writing in standard assessments. They may be less or more in specific cases. â€‹
