Therapy and Counselling
Therapy is tailored to each individual's interests, strengths, and needs.

Rather than using a single, fixed approach, sessions draw from integrated child therapy. This means support is adapted to what works best for the individual, at their developmental level, and at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

Goals are shaped around the child or teen's current needs and, where possible, areas the client themselves has identified as challenging.

Sessions might focus on:
-
Managing anxiety or other big emotions
-
Play and art activities to support emotional understanding and expression
-
Regulation and trauma-informed support
-
Building self-esteem and fostering a positive sense of identity
-
Supporting self-advocacy, communication, and understanding personal needs and strengths
-
Parent or parent–child consultations, when helpful

All therapy is strengths-based, neuroaffirming, and collaborative.
